Design
All our projects start with a design. Giving a garden the thought required pre-installation is key to producing a successful garden. This process takes into account the orientation of the garden and the impact of light, heat and wind. By considering these elements, and making suitable plant choices, our gardens are designed to flourish over time.
We offer detailed professional drawings for our larger projects and basic drawings for our verge gardens.
Basic
Basic drawing are suitable for designs involving softscape only i.e. no constructed elements such as paving or retaining walls. This option is great for verge only gardens. The design will be a scaled drawing of the area, it will have exact locations of existing trees, shrubs, walls and car bays. It will incorporate a detailed planting plan, and any proposed gravel paths or rocks. The design will adhere to any guidelines required by the specific council to where it is located.
2D CAD
Any plans within the property boundary will typically require 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD). This allows accurate measurement of existing built structures in the space. It also enables subcontractors to use the specifications provided for building and quoting.
3D Design
3D designs are great for larger more complex projects where visualisation is key in making the right decisions. We offer 3D imagery and video fly-throughs, giving you the chance to experience your garden before its built.
